**Xcalibur W** uses Client Access Licenses to manage devices. The License Management section is available within the Discovery and Enrollment page.

**Please note that without a valid License, **Xcalibur W** does not allow discovery of new devices.**


A **Client Access License** is defined by:

| Type of Licenses| **Essential** : Basic Xcalibur W version for Desktop PCs and Thin Clients|
| :::  | **Upgrade to Premium** : Upgrade from Essential to Premium Version|
| :::  | **Premium** : Enhanced Xcalibur W version for Point of Service devices with monitoring capabilities and dashboard customization|
|Number of Seats|Maximum number of devices that can be enrolled on the server|
