====== Quick Export of Device List and Task History ======

**Xcalibur W** allows administrators to quickly extract data from the current **Device List View**  or from the **Task Level Board** and export them into various file formats for reporting or asset management purposes.

There are three supported file formats:

|**CSV**|A Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file stores tabular data (numbers and text) in plain-text form. (Opened with Excel or a similar software)|
|**JSON**|JSON, or JavaScript Object Notation, is a text-based open standard designed for human-readable data interchange. It is derived from the JavaScript scripting language for representing simple data structures and associative arrays, called objects.|
|**XML**|Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a markup language that defines a set of rules for encoding documents in a format that is both human-readable and machine-readable. (Opened in a web browser)|

To export device data, click the appropriate **Export** button and then navigate to the preferred save location:
