Applicable Licenses types
Xcalibur W uses Client Access Licenses to manage Devices. License Management section is available within the Discovery and Enrollment page.
A Client Access License is defined by:
| License Key Number | 10-Digit Number |
| Type of Licenses | Version of the Software granted by the License Key. The Type of License can restrain to certain class of Client Devices (Ex: Thin Clients, Point-Of-Sales etc) and can exclude the use of extra functionnalities (Ex: Monitoring etc) |
| Number of Seats | Maximum number of devices that can be enrolled by on the server |
 By definition, Client Access Licenses are Transferable Licenses. Therefore, Administrator can un-enroll an Out-Of-Service device in order to use its license on a replacement device. |
