Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026  |  ChipPC Technologies Ltd.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ChipPC Technologies Ltd. (“ChipPC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit https://chippc.com and related ChipPC websites, request information, download resources, request a product evaluation or free loan, become a partner, or otherwise interact with our products and services (including ThinX OS and Xcalibur Global).

Controller: ChipPC Technologies Ltd., Pinhas Sapir 8, Ness Ziona 7608802, Israel.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed through our public websites, online forms, email communications, and customer/partner support channels. It does not replace product-specific agreements or separate data processing addenda that may apply to enterprise deployments.

Note on Xcalibur Global: When Xcalibur Global is deployed on your own infrastructure, device fleet telemetry managed inside your environment remains under your control and does not pass through ChipPC marketing websites as website analytics data.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data — name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, country.
  • Commercial enquiry data — message content, product interest, evaluation/loan requests, partner applications.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device/OS information, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Communication data — emails and support correspondence you send to ChipPC.
  • Account data (if you create or use a portal/login) — login identifiers and preferences necessary to operate the account.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data through the public website. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in free-text form fields.

4. How we use your data

  • Respond to contact, sales, support, and partner enquiries.
  • Provide requested materials, demos, evaluations, and free loan logistics.
  • Operate, secure, and improve chippc.com (including diagnostics and abuse prevention).
  • Send service or transactional messages related to your request.
  • Where permitted, send relevant product or event communications (you may opt out at any time).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following bases:

  • Contract / pre-contractual steps — to respond to requests and deliver requested services.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure and improve our websites, prevent spam/fraud, and understand aggregate demand for our products, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — where required for non-essential cookies/marketing (you may withdraw consent at any time).
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and (where enabled) support marketing attribution. Essential cookies are required for security and basic functionality. Analytics/marketing cookies are used according to your consent choices where a consent mechanism is presented.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

7. Google services and OAuth

ChipPC may use Google services in connection with our websites and business applications (for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Cloud / APIs, or Google OAuth sign-in where enabled for a ChipPC application).

  • When Google OAuth or Google APIs are used, Google may process authentication and related account data according to Google’s terms and privacy policy, in addition to this policy.
  • We request only the OAuth scopes needed for the stated application purpose and use the data to provide or improve that ChipPC service.
  • We do not sell personal data obtained via Google APIs.

For Google’s own practices, see Google Privacy Policy.

8. Who we share data with

We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers who host, secure, email, analytics, CRM, or support our operations (under contractual confidentiality and processing terms).
  • Affiliates and authorized partners when needed to fulfil a regional enquiry you submitted.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal data.

9. International transfers

ChipPC is based in Israel and works with customers and providers worldwide. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (such as contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms).

10. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Enquiry records are typically retained for a limited business period unless a longer period is required (for example an active customer relationship or legal hold).

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

12. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use unique passwords and protect your credentials.

13. Children

Our websites and business services are directed to organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish revisions. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy where permitted by law.
