This Privacy Policy explains how ChipPC Technologies Ltd. (“ChipPC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit https://chippc.com and related ChipPC websites, request information, download resources, request a product evaluation or free loan, become a partner, or otherwise interact with our products and services (including ThinX OS and Xcalibur Global).

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed through our public websites, online forms, email communications, and customer/partner support channels. It does not replace product-specific agreements or separate data processing addenda that may apply to enterprise deployments.

Note on Xcalibur Global: When Xcalibur Global is deployed on your own infrastructure, device fleet telemetry managed inside your environment remains under your control and does not pass through ChipPC marketing websites as website analytics data.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Identity and contact data — name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, country.
• Commercial enquiry data — message content, product interest, evaluation/loan requests, partner applications.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device/OS information, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Communication data — emails and support correspondence you send to ChipPC.
• Account data (if you create or use a portal/login) — login identifiers and preferences necessary to operate the account.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data through the public website. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in free-text form fields.

• Provide requested materials, demos, evaluations, and free loan logistics.
• Operate, secure, and improve chippc.com (including diagnostics and abuse prevention).

• We request only the OAuth scopes needed for the stated application purpose and use the data to provide or improve that ChipPC service.
• We do not sell personal data obtained via Google APIs.
