1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product, service, or website operated by ChipPC Technologies Ltd. ("ChipPC", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to chippc.com, ThinX OS, and Xcalibur Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and partners of ChipPC Technologies.

2. Products and Services

ChipPC Technologies designs and manufactures thin clients, mini PCs, zero clients, and related hardware. ChipPC also develops and licenses the following software products:

• ThinX OS — an embedded Linux operating system for ChipPC thin client endpoints
• Xcalibur Global — a browser-based enterprise management platform for ThinX OS devices

Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. ChipPC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Software Licences

All ChipPC software products are licensed, not sold. Purchase of a licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software in accordance with the terms of your licence agreement.

• Licences are issued on a per-device basis unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute ChipPC software without prior written consent.
• Licence keys must not be shared between organisations or transferred to third parties without ChipPC's written approval.
• ChipPC reserves the right to audit licence usage to ensure compliance.

4. Free Trial & Loan Devices

ChipPC offers free evaluation trials for ThinX OS and Xcalibur Global, and free loan hardware devices, subject to the following conditions:

• Trial licences are time-limited and intended for evaluation purposes only — not for production use.
• Loan devices remain the property of ChipPC Technologies and must be returned in good condition within the agreed timeframe.
• Failure to return a loan device may result in a charge equal to the retail value of the device.
• ChipPC reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a trial or loan at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, software, and documentation, is the property of ChipPC Technologies Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The ChipPC logo, ThinX OS, Xcalibur Global, and associated trademarks are registered or unregistered trademarks of ChipPC Technologies. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

ChipPC is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local privacy laws. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect only the data necessary to provide our products and services.
• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• Xcalibur Global is deployed on your own infrastructure — your fleet data never passes through ChipPC servers.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChipPC Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from:

• Use or inability to use ChipPC products or services
• Errors or interruptions in service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party software or services integrated with ChipPC products

ChipPC's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ChipPC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Warranty

ChipPC hardware products are covered by a limited warranty as described in the product documentation provided at the time of purchase. Software products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a signed licence agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you retain the rights afforded to you under applicable EU consumer protection and data protection law.
