Mini fits compact VDI desks with standard ports. Plus is the better default when you need flexible LAN / Wi‑Fi / SFP, heavier USB / serial peripherals, or more demanding multi-display desks.
Choose ThinX OS for a locked Linux thin-client OS and smaller attack surface. Choose Windows 11 IoT when local Windows apps, GPOs, or Windows-only peripherals are required on the endpoint.
When you want to reuse existing PCs (≥ ~16 GB storage recommended), cut CapEx, and still standardize on ThinX OS. For long-term lowest power and form-factor control, prefer new iX PC devices.
